American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Progressive Care Unit position requiring 2+ years of PCU experience and FL or compact licensure.

• Surgical Progressive Care Unit with 36 beds
• Will work on both 3E and 3W units
• Patient ratios of 4-5:1
• 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
• EMR:
  Epic
• Floating required, with travelers prioritized to float, including to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes of the facility
• No on-call requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required, with driver's license address matching BON address
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Degree accreditation must be verifiable on profile, or 5 years of acute care experience required in lieu of accreditation verification
• Required documents include full demographic information: address, email, full DOB, full SSN, and RN license number

• Scrub color requirement:
  Galaxy Blue or White
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, strictly enforced with no property ownership or cosigning within that radius permitted
• Candidates must secure full-time local housing and not commute from outside the area
• All RTO requests must be submitted at time of application; no RTO approvals after submission
• Orientation begins on a Friday, including remote orientation and an in-person visit for badge/
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date, with no exceptions for pending documents
• Travelers are integrated into the unit and expected to function as core staff
• First-time travelers may be considered
