American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Trauma Progressive Care Unit position requiring 2+ years of PCU experience and a FL or compact RN license.

• Work in a 40-bed Trauma PCU
• Patient ratio of 4:1
• Uses Epic EMR
• 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Floating required, with travelers first to float and possible floating to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes of the facility
• No on-call requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required
• Nursing degree accreditation must be documented, or candidate must have 5 years of experience
• Driver's license address must match the address on file with the Board of Nursing
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Required documents for consideration: SS card, DL, COVID and flu vaccination records

• Must reside within a 50 mile radius of the facility, strictly enforced
• Candidates cannot own or cosign on property within the radius
• Orientation begins on a Friday with remote components, but candidates must be present at the facility on that Friday for badge/
• All RTO must be submitted upfront and will not be approved after submission
• No block scheduling permitted
• Travelers are expected to fully integrate and function as core staff
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date, with no exceptions for pending documents
• First-time travelers may be considered
