American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit position requiring 2+ years of PCU experience and a FL or compact RN license.

• 36-bed Surgical Progressive Care Unit setting
• Will work across both 3E and 3W units
• Patient ratios of 4-5:1
• Uses Epic EMR
• 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Floating required, with travelers prioritized to float and potentially to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes

• Active FL or compact RN license required, with driver's license address matching BON records
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Degree accreditation must be documented, or candidate must have 5 years of acute care experience
• Required documents include SSN, DL, COVID and flu vaccination records

• Scrub color requirement:
  Galaxy Blue or White
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, strictly enforced
• Candidates must secure full-time housing in the area rather than commuting from outside the radius
• All RTO requests must be submitted upfront, as the facility will not approve RTO after submission
• Orientation begins on a Friday, including remote orientation and an in-person visit for badge/
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date, with no exceptions for pending documents
• Travelers are expected to integrate fully with core staff and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork
• No block scheduling requests accepted
