American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Progressive Care Unit position requiring 2 years of PCU experience and FL or compact RN licensure.

• 36-bed surgical PCU setting
• Works both 3E and 3W units
• Patient ratios of 4 to 5:1
• Uses Epic EMR
• 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Floating required, with travelers prioritized to float first, including to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes

• Active RN license (FL or Compact) required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Degree accreditation must be documented, or 5 years of acute care experience required if not
• Driver's license address must match address on file with the Board of Nursing

• Scrub color requirement:
  Galaxy Blue or White
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility for travel eligibility, with strict verification of residence
• Orientation begins on a Friday, with in-person attendance required for badge and  though orientation is remote
• All requested time off must be submitted prior to start, as RTO will not be approved afterward
• Candidates are expected to integrate fully with core staff and demonstrate flexibility and team orientation
• Candidates planning to commute from outside the area or maintain non-local residency may not be considered favorably
