American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Surgical Oncology Progressive Care Unit position requiring 2+ years of PCU/oncology experience and FL or compact RN licensure.

• Surgical Oncology Progressive Care Unit (7W) setting
• 36-bed unit with 5:1 patient ratios
• 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Uses Epic EMR
• Floating required, with travelers prioritized to float, including to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes of the facility
• No on-call responsibilities

• Active FL or compact RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Chemotherapy certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience required with oncology unit experience
• Nursing degree accreditation must be documented, or candidate must have 5 years of experience
• Driver's license address must match address on file with the Board of Nursing

• Provide progressive care nursing to surgical oncology patients
• Travelers are expected to integrate as core staff and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, with strict verification of residency
• All requested RTO must be submitted upfront, as facility will not approve additional RTO after submission
• Orientation begins on a Friday, with in-person attendance required for badge and
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date, with no exceptions for pending documentation
