American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit position requiring 2+ years of PCU experience and a FL or compact RN license.

• Work in a 46-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Patient ratio of 5 to 6:1
• Uses Epic EMR
• 12-hour night shift schedule, 3 shifts per week
• Floating required, including to other campuses, PCU units, and ED Hold
• No on-call responsibilities

• Active FL or compact RN license
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required
• Degree accreditation must be verifiable, or 5 years of experience required in lieu of accreditation

• Travelers are expected to function as core staff and be engaged with patients and unit team
• Travelers will be the first considered for floating assignments, including to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes of the facility
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted prior to start; RTO requests will not be approved after submission
• Scrub requirement:
  Galaxy Blue or White
• Orientation begins on a Friday with remote training, and candidates must be in the area for in-person badge/
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start, with no exceptions for pending documentation
