American Traveler is hiring a PCU Float RN with 2+ years of PCU experience and an active FL or compact RN license for a 12-hour day shift assignment requiring flexible floating.

• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with ED Holding, floating within the unit required
• Adult and geriatric patient population
• Patient ratios of 4 to 6:1 depending on patient mix
• EMR:
  Epic
• 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Floating to sister campuses required, with travelers prioritized for floating assignments
• No on-call requirements

• Active FL or Compact RN license required, with recent Nursys report on file
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required
• ED experience not required
• Degree accreditation documentation required, or 5 years of experience in lieu of accreditation
• Driver's license address must match address on file with the Board of Nursing

• Galaxy Blue & White scrubs required
• Orientation begins on a Friday, including remote orientation and an in-person visit for badge/
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, with strict verification of residency
• Candidates cannot own or cosign property within the 50-mile radius
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront and will not be approved after submission
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date with no exceptions
• Travelers are expected to integrate fully with core staff and function as part of the team
• First-time travelers may be considered
