American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Trauma Progressive Care Unit role requiring at least 2 years of PCU experience and a FL or compact RN license.

• Work in a 40-bed Trauma Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Patient ratio of 4:1
• Uses Epic EMR
• 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Floating required, with travelers prioritized to float, including to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes of the facility
• No on-call responsibilities
• No block scheduling requests accepted

• Active FL or compact RN license required, with driver's license address matching BON address
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required
• Nursing degree accreditation must be documented, or 5 years of experience required in lieu of accreditation documentation

• Function as part of the core staff and integrate fully into unit culture
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility to qualify for travel positioning, strictly enforced
• Candidates may not own or cosign property within the 50-mile radius
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront, as RTO will not be approved after submission
• Orientation begins on a Friday, including remote orientation and an in-person visit for badge/
• All required documentation must be finalized by the Monday before the start date, with no exceptions for pending documents
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
