Incredible Health is hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) in Fort Myers, FL. The role supports the OR team across multiple shifts in a Level 2 trauma center environment.
The RN will provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery, maintain sterile conditions, monitor vitals, and communicate with patients and families about care plans. Certification and OR experience preferred. Strong teamwork and critical thinking needed to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
