American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a 14-bed critical care unit requiring 2 years of ICU experience and Epic EMR familiarity.

• Work in a 14-bed ICU, covering both 7N and 8N ICU floors
• Patient-to-nurse ratio of 2:1
• Common diagnoses include respiratory failure, ESRD, CHF, septic shock, and cardiac arrest
• 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Uses Epic EMR
• Floating required, with travelers prioritized to float, including to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes
• No on-call responsibilities

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Degree accreditation must be documented on candidate profile
• Driver's license address must match address on file with the Board of Nursing

• Work as part of a collaborative unit where travelers are expected to function as core staff
• Scrub color requirement:
  Galaxy Blue and White
• Orientation begins on a Friday, including remote orientation and an in-person visit for badge/
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted prior to start; no approvals after submission
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date, with no exceptions for pending documents
