American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position requiring 2+ years of PCU experience and a FL or compact RN license.

• 48-bed Progressive Care (PCU) Observation Unit
• Patient ratios of 4 to 5:1
• 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Epic EMR used
• Floating required, with travelers prioritized to float first, including to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes

• Active FL or compact RN license required, with driver's license address matching BON address
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required
• Nursing degree accreditation must be documented on candidate profile
• Full demographic information required for consideration, including address, email, full DOB, SSN, and RN license number

• Galaxy Blue or White scrubs required
• Orientation begins on a Friday, including remote orientation and an in-person visit for badge/
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at time of application and will not be accepted after offer
• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility and may not own or cosign property within that radius
• Facility expects travelers to integrate as core staff and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork
• No block scheduling requests permitted
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date, with no exceptions for pending documentation
