We are seeking a solution-oriented and customer-focused Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This position provides excellent on-site pool cleaning and pool maintenance services to assigned customers.

• Manage a swimming pool route that includes the weekly cleaning of swimming pools.
• Stock and manage chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool weekly.
• Utilize a smartphone for our Pool Ops mobile platform.
• Identify equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• High school degree and Certified Pool Operator License preferred
• We will train the right candidate on ASP methods to deliver great-looking pools and maximize earning potential

• Salary: $18–$23 per hour, depending on experience
• Bonus potential based on company revenue goals
• Benefits: a company truck stocked with tools and chemicals; paid vacation time following a qualifying period
