• Supervision of staff – train, schedule and meet the daily task needs.
• Ensure associates have the tools needed to perform their job.
• Actively communicate with the back of house for smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Report any safety or health concerns.
• Assist guests with questions, concerns or needs.
• Assist with any area of the restaurant as needed.

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Ability to effectively supervise associates.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
• Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times.
