. We are seeking dependable and energetic Prep Cooks to help prepare classic ballpark favorites and keep our concession stands running smoothly. If you enjoy a fast-paced kitchen environment and want to be part of the excitement on game days, this is the role for you!

• Prepare and cook ballpark staples
• Set up cooking stations and ensure all prep work is completed prior to gates opening
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and portion standards
• Monitor cooking equipment (grills, fryers, warmers) and ensure safe operation
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling guidelines
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout shifts
• Assist with cleaning tasks including dishes, wiping surfaces, and properly storing food
• Work efficiently with concession staff to keep lines moving during peak times
• Support opening and closing duties for the prep and cooking areas

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous experience in a kitchen, food prep, or concessions environment preferred
• Comfort working with grills, fryers, and other cooking equipment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during high-volume innings
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the game schedule

Applicants are strongly encouraged to attend one of our on-site job fairs. Early attendance is recommended, as positions fill quickly.
