Kitchen Manager

Fast Trax Fort Myers is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, efficiency, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards. This individual will oversee the kitchen team, manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain a clean and organized environment to provide an exceptional guest experience.

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth food preparation and service.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage staff schedules to optimize labor efficiency.
  
  Monitor inventory, control food costs, and order supplies to meet budget goals.
• Enforce food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring proper storage, handling, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with management on menu development and promotions.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and operational.
• Address and resolve customer concerns related to food quality and service.

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or entertainment venue.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
