This is an on‑site role based in Fort Myers, FL, for a Salesperson at Gulfcoast Coin & Jewelry. The role involves assisting customers with purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and sharing product knowledge on rare coins, jewelry, precious metals, and other items.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, maintaining store displays, and processing transactions in a professional and efficient manner. The Salesperson will also be expected to stay informed on industry trends and educate customers to enhance their shopping experience.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills with experience in delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn about rare coins, precious metals, jewelry, and high‑end watches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in operating point‑of‑sale systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work in an on‑site retail environment with a customer‑focused approach.
• Prior sales or retail experience; experience in the jewelry or precious metals industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in sales or customer service are advantageous.
