PositionField Sales Account Executive – Southwest Florida (Fort Mayors, FL).
Join a rapidly growing team, driving acquisition and retention through face‑to‑face interactions, calls and targeted B2B outreach.
Responsibilities- Generate new sales through face‑to‑face interactions, calls and B2B outreach.
- Develop, maintain and expand relationships with Quench customers.
- Identify customer needs and propose customized solutions.
- Meet or exceed new business sales goals with consistent daily/weekly activity.
- Play a pivotal role in customer retention and contract extension.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain records, and file expense account reports.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Strong selling and negotiating skills; ability to overcome customer objections.
- Excellent communication skills, both via phone and email, with a clear, enthusiastic approach.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Prior field sales experience is a plus.
- Team player with outstanding integrity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in or a comparable CRM system.
- Base salary plus uncapped monthly commissions.
- OTE:
Year 1 $ 90–110k;
Year 2 $ 100–130k. - Remote, 3 days out in territory.
- Medical, Dental, Vision starting day one.
- 401(k) match of 50 % up to 6 %.
- 15 days PTO and 10 paid holidays.
- Mileage reimbursement up to $700 per month.
- $100 monthly phone stipend.
