Position

Field Sales Account Executive – Southwest Florida (Fort Mayors, FL).

Join a rapidly growing team, driving acquisition and retention through face‑to‑face interactions, calls and targeted B2B outreach.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales through face‑to‑face interactions, calls and B2B outreach.
  • Develop, maintain and expand relationships with Quench customers.
  • Identify customer needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Meet or exceed new business sales goals with consistent daily/weekly activity.
  • Play a pivotal role in customer retention and contract extension.
  • Prepare sales reports, maintain records, and file expense account reports.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
  • Strong selling and negotiating skills; ability to overcome customer objections.
  • Excellent communication skills, both via phone and email, with a clear, enthusiastic approach.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Prior field sales experience is a plus.
  • Team player with outstanding integrity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in  or a comparable CRM system.
Highlights
  • Base salary plus uncapped monthly commissions.
  • OTE:
    Year 1 $ 90–110k;
    Year 2 $ 100–130k.
  • Remote, 3 days out in territory.
