We've partnered with a HVAC, commercial roofing, machinery and metals distributor that's been in business for over 130 years and predominantly serves the eastern US. They're growing and looking to have a greater impact on their Florida sales market by hiring a Regional Sales Manager.
What You'll Do
- Managing the commercial HVAC account managers in the state of Florida
- Interview and hire new team members
- Business development, identifying market strategies, and developing/implementing sales initiatives
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of distribution sales management experience
- Expertise in commercial HVAC product lines
- Experience selling HVAC products and managing commercial HVAC programs
- Experience developing individual sales plans
