Outside Tile Sales

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business
  • Conduct presentations and tile product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tile industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand the customer base

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an outside tile sales representative or in a similar sales role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. English fluency is a must, bilingual Spanish is a plus!
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor s degree in business, or a related field experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver s license, current insurance and willingness to travel
  • Reliable transportation
  • Legal authorization to work for any US employer
