Full Job Description
As our luxury spa brand expands across 30 locations in the United States, we are seeking exceptional leaders to drive growth and elevate the client experience through outstanding sales performance. As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to guarantee each location’s success by leading in‑spa sales teams, driving the sale of premium treatments and packages, and ensuring daily sales goals are met.
In this pivotal role, you will mentor your team, enhance client engagement, and help create a culture focused on results, growth, and luxury service excellence.
- Lead the in‑spa sales team to achieve daily sales quotas, ensuring everyone is aligned and motivated to meet goals.
- Engage with clients post‑treatment to sell, upsell, and cross‑sell luxury spa services and packages, creating a memorable, high‑end experience.
- Coach, mentor, and support team members, fostering a motivated and results‑driven culture.
- Track scheduled clients and sales activity in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and optimize in‑spa operations.
- Support other spa locations as a Travel Sales Manager, with all travel expenses covered when sent to a different location.
- Prior sales experience, from entry‑level to seasoned professionals (even 2 months of relevant experience qualifies).
- Understanding of upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- High energy, client‑focused, and results‑driven personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to travel to other locations across the US when required.
- Base & Commission: $3,000 monthly base pay + commission (structure shared during interview) with unlimited earning potential.
