Honda of Fort Myers is looking for Business Development Center Agents for the Sales Department. This position requires flexibility as hours for coverage range from 8AM-8PM and includes weekends.

We are looking for high energy, self-motivated individuals to generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers.

Agents are to listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities. Provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offerings. Provide superior customer service and achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Prior experience not necessary.

Hourly pay starting at $25 per hour!

• High volume outbound call experience is a must
