• Attain or exceed assigned sales goals within the designated territory
• Build business relationships with key stakeholders to uncover and understand their needs

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
• Relevant experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably with oncology exposure
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required, including overnight travel of 10-15%
• Reside in or near the assigned district
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer engagement

• 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience
• Documented history of strong performance in a sales or oncology clinical role
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales or clinical oncology settings
