The Role

As a Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor, you will play a critical role in the in-home selling of our HVAC and Indoor Air Quality solutions. You will have the autonomy to run your own “business” while receiving support and training from our experienced team. You do not need HVAC experience; what we truly seek is your proven talent in sales and your passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Establishing rapport with customers to recommend the right products and services.
• Developing key client relationships, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Creating accurate and comprehensive sales proposals for seamless transition to our installation team.
• Providing thorough and clear information about our products and pricing to foster confident buyers.
