The Professional Sales Specialist is a full-time or part-time on-site role based in Fort Myers, FL or Sanibel Island, FL. This position is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through jewelry selections while providing accurate product information and recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales transactions, maintaining showroom displays, assisting in inventory handling, and supporting promotional activities. The Professional Sales Specialist will also follow up with customers, help resolve service issues, and contribute to sales targets and store performance goals.

Collaboration with team members, participation in ongoing product and sales training, and adherence to company policies and procedures are integral parts of this role.

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with customers and team members.
• Demonstrated Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building relationships and delivering a positive in-store experience.
• Proven Sales skills, including consultative selling, closing techniques, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience with Training, either receiving or providing coaching on products, sales techniques, or customer engagement.
• Basic Business Planning or retail operations understanding, such as forecasting needs, supporting merchandising, or contributing to sales strategies.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling transactions, documentation, and jewelry products.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Prior experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or related sales environments is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or retail management are a plus.

$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year (uncapped commission)
