• Work internet leads: answer email and text inquiries within minutes, shoot personalized video walkarounds of the exact vehicle they’re asking about, and turn online shoppers into booked appointments

• Greet everyone who walks in, find out what they need, and put them in the right vehicle

• Run test drives and break down features, financing, and trade‑in value in plain English

• Build your own pipeline through social media, referrals, and relentless follow‑up

• Hand completed deals to finance, then deliver the vehicle yourself

• Stay in touch after the sale — repeat and referral business is where the real money is

• One year or more of sales experience — retail, wireless, fitness, restaurant, or automotive all count

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license

• A State Sales License and manufacturer certification through CDJR, Fiat, or Kia — we’ll help you get both

• Weekend availability

• Priority given to tech‑savvy applicants — we run a digital showroom, and comfort with CRM tools, texting, video walkarounds, and social selling puts you at the front of the line
