We’re looking for dependable, professional, and guest-focused individuals to join our Game Day Guest Service & Security team. In this dual-function role, you’ll help maintain a safe environment while delivering exceptional service to fans throughout the ballpark. You’ll be an important part of creating a positive, memorable game-day experience.

• Monitor assigned areas to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Enforce stadium policies, including prohibited items and conduct guidelines.
• Respond to incidents or concerns and report them promptly to supervisors.
• Assist with crowd management, including directing foot traffic and monitoring high-density areas.
• Support evacuation procedures or emergency response if required.

• Greet fans warmly and offer assistance as needed.
• Provide directions, seating guidance, and general stadium information.
• Assist fans with accessibility needs and coordinate with appropriate support teams.
• Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
• Serve as a visible, helpful presence throughout the stadium.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm, confident, and courteous in busy or stressful situations.
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods.
• Ability to learn and follow safety, security, and stadium procedures.
• Previous security, event staff, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

• Must be available for Spring Training home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a background check per stadium policy.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
