We are seeking a Fire Alarm Service Technician who will be responsible for performing service calls including, but not limited to, the installation of Dyna Net, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fire alarm systems. The Fire Alarm Service Technician is accountable for installing and servicing the systems in the most efficient and effective manner to ensure minimum down time and maximum performance.

All installations must meet the highest quality standards set forth by Dyna Fire, Inc. while assuring a professional and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, dependable, and possess great interpersonal and problem solving skills.

• Respond promptly to customer's service related issues and effectively deal with customers, some of whom may require high levels of patience.
• Communicate the needs required to complete Dyna Fire's scope of work to all parties responsible for portions affecting the timely completion of that scope.
• Operate, test, troubleshoot, program fire alarm systems and document required to meet all applicable industry codes and standards.
• Effectively hand and computer program fire alarm panels commonly installed by Dyna Fire.
• Follow all Dyna Fire's policies and procedures.
• Train and instruct the customer on the proper use of the equipment.
• Operate test equipment including Volt Meter, Ohm Meter, Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Tone Generator, and Battery Tester.

• Possess a two-year electronics degree or equivalent combination of education and related field experience. Working knowledge of computers, communication systems, and Microsoft Office is required.
