Lead Diesel Technician – $80K Base + Bonuses (Earn $90K–$100K+)

Location:

Fort Myers, FL

Pay: $80,000/year base salary + weekly and monthly performance bonuses (OTE $90K–$100K+)

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of diesel technicians.
• Handle advanced diagnostics and complex repairs (electrical, aftertreatment, engines).
• Quality-check jobs and keep workflow on track.
• Coordinate with service advisors and management on production.
• Represent Certified Fleet with professionalism and pride.

Pay & Incentives

• Base Salary: $80,000 per year ($1,538.46 weekly)
• Weekly Bonuses:
• $100 per tech that hits 40 hours
• $250 shop-wide average bonus when team averages 45 hours
• Monthly Bonus: $1,000 if shop meets KPI target
• Earning Potential: $90K–$100K+ annually
• Health, dental, and vision insurance (effective after 60 days)
• PTO: 80 hours per year (120 after 3 years)
• 8 paid holidays (after 90 days)
• Expense reimbursement for approved items

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years diesel repair experience (advanced diagnostics required)
• Prior leadership experience in a shop setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license & clean record
