💲 Pay:$70,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience)

We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee all field operations for commercial electrical projects in the Fort Myers area. This position plays a key leadership role—ensuring every project is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.

You’ll supervise electricians and subcontractors, coordinate with project managers, and serve as the on‑site lead for safety, productivity, and performance. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast‑growing electrical division backed by one of Florida’s leading construction companies.

• Supervise electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors on job sites
• Plan daily field activities and manage project schedules
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies at all times
• Conduct daily safety meetings and inspections
• Track project progress, materials, and labor productivity
• Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors
• Ensure installations meet NEC and local code requirements
• Mentor and train field personnel for growth and skill development

• 7+ years of electrical construction experience (commercial/industrial focus)
• 3+ years of supervisory or superintendent experience
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
