• Oversee daily site operations for landscape construction crew
• Coordinate the equipment and materials needed for each project
• Supervise and train crew members on proper installation techniques, equipment operation and safety aspects
• Maintain project schedules and complete landscape construction projects within deadlines
• Oversee quality control on job sites
• Safely operate equipment such as loaders, skid steers and excavators to perform landscape construction projects
• Load/unload cargo, heavy equipment and planting materials
• Read landscape plans and provide landscape material layouts
• Daily timekeeping of work hours on job sites for crew members
• Ensure equipment and truck/trailer are in working order and properly maintained
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Experience with landscape construction projects
• Knowledge of landscape plants, grading, sod installation, drainage work and irrigation
• Supervisory experience
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment needed for landscape construction projects
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
