• Complete award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely; ensure cleanliness of vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem solver, listening to and understanding customer needs; recommend efficient, innovative solutions.
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of customer property (training provided).
• Complete all required service-related documentation on a handheld device.

• No experience required—we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes.

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions.
