Responsibilities- Complete award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve customers.
- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
- Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely arrival at each customer’s location.
- Operate a company vehicle safely; ensure cleanliness of vehicle and equipment.
- Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Serve as a problem solver, listening to and understanding customer needs; recommend efficient, innovative solutions.
- Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
- Inspect interior and exterior of customer property (training provided).
- Complete all required service-related documentation on a handheld device.
- Competitive earnings starting at $18 to $20 per hour, including a company vehicle with gas card upon route assignment.
- Extensive paid training up front and on an ongoing basis; no prior pest control experience required.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Ability to work in the field independently, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes.
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
- Willing to work in different types of weather conditions.
