• Lead and execute restoration activities, including drying, demolition, and cleanup.
• Follow work orders and crew chief instructions to ensure high-quality job completion.
• Inventory, load, and maintain equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
• Prepare rooms and areas for work activities and ensure the job site is left clean and orderly.
• Communicate openly with crew chiefs, technicians, and customers to ensure seamless job execution.
• Represent True North Restoration with professionalism and integrity on every project.

• Experience: Demonstrated experience in cleaning/restoration, particularly with water and fire damage projects.
• Certification: IICRC-certified (e.g., WRT, ASD, or other relevant certifications).
• Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Standards: A commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with your team while taking ownership of your responsibilities.
• Adaptability: Willingness to travel locally or out of state as necessary to respond to emergency needs.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Physical capability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly (and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance).
• Ability to work in varied environments, including climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, and standing/walking for prolonged periods.
• Comfort working with/around cleaning products and chemicals.
