• Attend ongoing technical and safety training sessions to grow your knowledge and skills.

• 0–2 years of electrical experience (schooling or hands‑on training preferred but not required).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the electrical trade.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• A clean driving record, ability to pass a background check, and drug screening.
