• Assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment such as ductwork, fittings, fans, dampers, and air distribution.
• Install duct, accessories, and equipment at the job site according to blueprints and specifications.
• Use hand tools and portable power tools properly and safely.
• Work with Sheet Metal Helpers and Apprentices to provide training, oversight, and instruction to ensure teammates perform tasks safely, per SMACNA and project specifications.
• Take direction, be open to change, and strive for continuous improvement.

• Minimum of four (4) years working in the field and/or sheet metal shop.
• Knowledge of SMACNA standards.
• GED or High School Graduate preferred.
• Ability to measure ducts for fabrication, make field modifications, and install ducts by shop blueprints.
• Skillful use of tools, metals, and machines.
• Perform a variety of duties that may change frequently.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis. Perform tasks involving physical labor, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials, tools, or equipment. Manual material handling must comply with OSHA safety standards and company policies to minimize injury risk.
