This is a full-time, on-site position located in Fort Myers, FL. As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform regular equipment maintenance, identify and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues, and execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime. Responsibilities also include diagnosing and repairing industrial equipment and systems, maintaining records of performed maintenance, and ensuring the smooth functioning of machinery in compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Preventive Maintenance
• Experience in Troubleshooting and diagnosing potential technical and mechanical issues
• Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance practices and procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring safety and operational excellence
• Technical training or certifications in related fields are highly beneficial
• Prior experience in a hands-on maintenance or repair technician role is preferred
