Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Installation Specialist located in Fort Myers, FL. Responsibilities include installing, assembling, and maintaining elevator systems according to company guidelines and safety standards. The role involves reading technical blueprints, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring proper performance of all installations. The Installation Specialist will also collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with clients, and adhere to deadlines and quality standards during the installation process.
Qualifications- Proficiency with tools, equipment, and techniques used for mechanical installation and assembly
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
- Experience with safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various site conditions
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Relevant certifications or training in mechanical or electrical systems; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in elevator installation or related fields is a plus
