At Lee Sar/CSF, we supply and maintain critical services for hospitals and healthcare providers. As a Facilities Technician III, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our boiler, chiller, and utility systems operate safely and efficiently — keeping our facilities running and patients cared for.
What You’ll Do
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshootboilers, chillers, cooling towers, and central plant equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (OSHA, ASME, EPA)
- Respond to service requests and emergency outages with urgency and expertise
- Document maintenance and system performance in our CMMS (MPulse)
- Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with operations staff to minimize downtime

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial/industrial facility maintenance
- Advanced knowledge of boiler and chiller systems, hydronic/steam piping, and HVAC central plants
- EPA Section 608 certification preferred (refrigerants)
- Ability to read technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
- Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical, and control systems (BAS/EMS a plus)
- Valid Florida driver’s license
