Operations Supervisor

Description

Operations Supervisor role at GRUPO EULEN USA.

• Oversee operations and agent distribution to assist customers.
• Transport passengers requiring wheelchair service within the terminal and aircraft.
• Read airline tickets, monitors, various domestic and international forms, and airline city codes.
• Transport passengers to a connecting flight operated by a different carrier.
• Maintain professionalism in appearance and manners to passengers and any other person at the airport.
• Stand, squat, kneel, and walk 70% or more of the scheduled work time.
• Maintain customer service professionalism while under pressure and in a stressful environment.

• Supervisor experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs or more.
• Stand, squat, kneel, and walk 70% or more of the scheduled work time.
• Maintain customer service professionalism while under pressure and in a stressful environment.
• Stand for several hours at a time and read airline boarding pass.
• Professional appearance and manners to passengers and other airport personnel.
