Warehouse Associate I - Domestic - 2nd Shift

As a Warehouse Associate I, you will work at our Arthrex Logistics Center in Fort Myers, FL. This 2nd‑shift position runs from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.
Responsibilities- Unload and load trucks.
- Deliver incoming ALC internal UPS/Fed Ex/DHL mail and packages to the distribution point.
- Verify and receive products in SAP using an RF scanner and computer, depending on the type of order.
- Prepare batch labels, paperwork for Quality Inspection, and deliver to Quality.
- Move accepted inventory to proper warehouse locations.
- Conduct cycle counts.
- Assemble and label products for samples distribution.
- Assemble boxes, apply labels, and arrange handling units on carts for picking.
- Pick product using an RF scanner or Vocollect system.
- Prepare and place product in appropriate packages according to item type and end‑country destination requirements.
- Systematically pack in SAP and physically pack with appropriate fill to ensure products arrive in proper condition.
- Apply appropriate labels to handling units (pack list, handling unit, carrier shipping label, DG label, etc.).
- Sort and stack completed deliveries.
- Palletize product for international shipments.
- Complete shipment control sheets for international shipments and forward to appropriate departments.
- Process production orders in SAP.
- Ensure that business shipment requests from Arthrex personnel are packaged and handled accordingly.
- Transfer new product, packaging, and return product into inventory using an RF scanner.
- Transfer product to/from hold locations per documented processes with paperwork.
- Replenish fixed bins with product from reserve bins.
- Meet or exceed departmental performance targets.
- Assist in warehouse layout and construction of shelving, storage racks, etc., as required.
- Assist inventory information gathering and apply knowledge of quarantine, hold, primary, secondary, and overflow locations with proper labeling and segregation of product.
- Complete all required training in a timely manner.
- Maintain general housekeeping and cleanliness of the working area.
- Comply with OSHA and ISO 9002 standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse and shipping functions (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of receiving, inventory control, picking, packaging, and/or shipping procedures.
- Proficient in SAP for warehouse functions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience with RF scanners and/or Vocollect (preferred).
- Forklift experience and other stock-picking equipment (preferred).
- Ability to work independently, be self‑motivated, and effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of quarantine, hold, primary, secondary, and overflow locations with proper labeling and segregation of product.
