Licensed Therapist

Vitalis Health is seeking a part-time Fully Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team. This position will be full-time once the candidate is fully credential led. Our clinic sees patients of all ages and any hired therapist must be comfortable working with children and adolescents, as well as adults.

Job Summary:

• Fully Licensed versatile Therapist
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multitask, prioritize, must be dependable and reliable

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide individual and family counseling to patients as required
• May include hybrid system of in person and telehealth
• Therapist would see a variety of clients across lifespan ages 5 and up
• Diagnoses/symptoms of clients may include depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, behavioral issues, trauma, social skills issues, mental health, and relationship issues.
• Work with treatment team to identify and meet the clinical needs of the patient and to assist in their overall well-being
• Be able to effectively work in a team environment
• Document patient progress through counseling and interaction
• Participates in all staff meetings
• Ensures compliance with local, State, and Federal regulations and policies
• Always acts in the best interests of the patients and company; honors, supports, and protects the propriety data and rights of the company
• Performs other tasks as assigned by clinic

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be comfortable working with children and adolescents
• No prior experience of working in a practice required
• Must be computer literate and have basic knowledge of all Microsoft products
• MUST be a licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure and eligible for insurance panels
• Experience with PCIT is a plus, but not required
• Must have good CBT skills
• Responsible for obtaining and/or maintaining proper licensure and/or certification according to specific state requirements
