Join Auto Zone’s store teams as a Retail Sales Associate. As part‑time team member, you will be the frontline of WOW! Customer Service, ensuring customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. You will maintain well‑stocked inventory, assist customers with product selection, and provide expert advice to enhance the shopping experience.

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment; support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point‑of‑sale procedures and loss prevention policies to ensure proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly.
• Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Auto Zone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

• Minimum age requirement:
  Must be at least 16 years old.
• Physical requirements:
  
  Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule:
  Availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification preferred.
