Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer - Hospital Patrol Response in Fort Oglethorpe, GA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare. Part‑time schedule, flexible shifts. Patrol unarmed officer in healthcare setting, monitor and patrol designated hospital areas, deterrence, exceptional customer service, teamwork, integrity, people‑first approach.

- Provide customer service to clients and visitors, carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and respond to emergency situations when appropriate.
- Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare environment.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.
- Communicate and collaborate with facility staff, visitors, and law enforcement to address security matters.
- Document observations, incidents, and activities in a clear and timely manner as required by site policies.
- Assist with access control and visitor management procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Remain alert and adapt to changing conditions, responding to requests for assistance as needed.
- At least 1 year of security‑related experience.
- Proof of high school diploma or GED.
- Vaccinations required for hospital assignments.
- Capability to work in hospital morgue and restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
- Age requirements: at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
- Background investigation required.
- Drug screening as permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws; valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
