As part of our engineering team, you’ll specialize in the design and application of floor and roof systems made from open-web steel joists and steel deck—the backbone of countless buildings across the country.

- Design innovative steel structures and products that meet a variety of loading and environmental conditions.
- Collaborate with engineers, detailers, and production teams to bring your designs to life—from concept to fabrication.
- Partner with design professionals and customers to ensure every project meets the highest standards.
- Continue to develop your engineering expertise while contributing to new ideas, improved processes, and team success.
