Manufacturing Engineer

As a Manufacturing Engineer supporting turbine generatorproduction, you will provide daily technical support to the manufacturing processes used to produce stator coil components. Your day involves partnering with production and maintenance teams to improve safety, enhance quality,reduce cycle times, and lower manufacturing costs. You’ll troubleshoot process equipment, design and procure tooling, and evaluate opportunities for new equipment and advanced manufacturing methods. Your work directly contributes to operational excellence, competitiveness, and the continuous improvement cultureat Siemens Energy.

• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with all safety regulations and support asafe working environment.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support for stator coil manufacturing, resolvingprocess and equipment issues.
• Develop,optimize, and document manufacturing processes to improve productivity,quality, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with design, production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to integrateprocesses and resolve operational challenges.
• Design,procure, and implement tooling and equipment needed to support manufacturing operations.
• Identify and champion innovative manufacturing methods that enhance competitiveness and challenge the status quo.

• Bachelor’sdegree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum3 years of experience with manufacturing tools, technologies, project planning, and process optimization is preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software and Microsoft Office, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with adaptability in dynamic work environments.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities, ideally supported by experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Abilityto work collaboratively across departments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
