Our client, a turbine generator component manufacturing facility, is seeking Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing of high-quality electrical components used in large-scale power generation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a quality-focused mindset, and a commitment to safety- aligning successfully in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Title: Production Associates
Location: Fort Payne, AL
Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
- Monday
- Thursday (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM) - Monday
- Thursday (3:00 PM - 2:30 AM) - Friday
- Sunday (5:00 AM - 5:30 PM) - Friday
- Sunday (5:00 PM - 5:30 AM)
- Perform hands-on assembly, fabrication, and production of turbine generator components.
- Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment to complete assigned tasks.
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specifications to ensure product accuracy and quality.
- Inspect finished products and components to verify compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies and manufacturing guidelines.
- High School Diploma or GED required and must be verifiable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools and production equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Quality-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures.
- Work in a safe, clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
