Dishwasher

• Set up and break down dish machine, ensuring proper operation and reporting defects.
• Perform preventive maintenance procedures.
• Wash and store all dishes correctly.
• Pre-soak, wash, and sanitize pots, pans, silverware, and dishes according to procedures.
• Check water temperature to ensure sanitation.
• Remove trash, clean and sanitize garbage cans, and keep the dish room tidy.
• Work as part of a team and perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move efficiently within the kitchen.
• Ability to exert fast-paced mobility for up to 7 hours.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in wet floors, extreme temperatures, and loud noise environments.
