Ferguson is currently seeking Mid Shift Warehouse Associates for our Fort Payne, Alabama distribution center. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who take pride in safe, accurate, and dependable work.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PMPay and Benefits Starting Pay: $19.50 per hour Hourly or Incentive Bonus Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, plus FSA/HSA, Disability, and Life insurance (eligible after 30 days)401(K) Retirement Savings Plan with company match

Qualifications

Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands

Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred

Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)

Experience with , or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners

Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements

Responsibilities

Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations

Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, and/or labor management systems

Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity

Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas

Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented work environment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts

Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE when required

Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management

Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs

Range:

-$15.00 - $22.61-Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

-This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
