Overview
We are actively seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) to provide strong clinical leadership and stability at a Skilled Nursing Facility in South Florida
.
- Start Date: Immediate – must be available to step in without delay
- Assignment Type: Interim / Short-term leadership coverage
- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (Florida preferred, compact license accepted)
- Proven Director of Nursing (DON) experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility environment
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state regulatory compliance
- Ability to effectively lead, mentor, and support nursing staff while ensuring quality resident care
- Skilled in survey readiness, staffing oversight, care planning, and clinical operations
This interim DON position offers you the chance to make an immediate impact by ensuring stability, regulatory compliance, and quality resident care during a critical leadership gap. You’ll join a dedicated team in South Florida that values collaboration, accountability, and compassionate care delivery.
