Welder duties are

• Work safe at all times
• Read prints and follow instructions
• Measure and cut/grind and weld all material
• Set up fixtures and adjust as needed
• Keep area clean and report any safety issue in area
• Maintain high efficiency and keep up with work load
• Having an open mind to help continually improve process
• To help in any area in the shop as needed
