as an rcm manager, you will serve as the subject matter expert in condition monitoring (cm) technologies, providing technical leadership and guidance to the reliability team.

• lead and mentor a team of reliability analysts, providing guidance on best practices, methodologies, and technical skills development.
• develop and implement comprehensive condition monitoring programs tailored to the specific needs of our organization and equipment assets.
• utilize advanced nondestructive testing techniques and tools to assess the integrity and performance of critical components across multiple cm areas.
• interpret data from various condition monitoring sources, including vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing, and more, to identify trends, anomalies, and potential failures.
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance activities, optimize asset performance, and minimize unplanned downtime.
• conduct in-depth root cause analyses to identify underlying factors contributing to equipment failures and developing effective mitigation strategies.
• drive reliability‑centered maintenance (rcm) initiatives, including the development of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance asset reliability and longevity.
• stay abreast of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in reliability engineering to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
• develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance the knowledge and skills of reliability team members and stakeholders.
• act as a liaison with external vendors, contractors, and industry experts to leverage specialized expertise and resources as needed.

• required: high school diploma or equivalent.
• required: 3 years of hands‑on experience in condition monitoring, reliability engineering, or related field.
• preferred: american society for nondestructive testing (asnt) level 2 certification or equivalent in cm area of specialty.
• preferred: international organization for standardization (iso) category 3 certification.
• preferred: asnt level 1 certification or equivalent in at least one other secondary cm technology.
• working conditions: occasional exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc.

• proficiency in utilizing condition monitoring tools, software, and data analysis techniques.
• excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards common goals.
• strong problem‑solving abilities and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
